I partner with schools, agencies, nonprofits, and early childhood organizations to strengthen systems that support children and families. My consulting work focuses on organizational transformation, family engagement systems, implementation leadership, workforce development, and maternal and child wellbeing strategies that improve access, responsiveness, and outcomes.

Through coaching, facilitation, and strategic planning, I help organizations align vision, strengthen collaboration, and build systems that are practical, equitable, and family-centered.

Professional Development & Training

I design and facilitate engaging, relationship-centered trainings for educators, leaders, clinicians, and family-facing professionals. Topics include trauma-informed practice, family engagement, infant and early childhood mental health, reducing parental stress, reflective practice, and strengthening caregiver-child relationships.
